CM Revanth Reddy in Tourism Conclave -2025
Hyderabad, September 27: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy called upon the investors to open their outlets in the Telangana state and earn huge profits as the government created an investor friendly ecosystem to promote the state as a global destination for investments.

Participating in the “Tourism Conclave 2025” programme in Hyderabad today, the Chief minister said that the People’s Government brought new Tourism policy into the force after the 10 years of the formation of the state.

Congratulating state Tourism minister Jupally Krishna Rao for successfully entering agreements with the prospective investors to invest Rs 15,000 crores in the tourism sector in the state, the CM said that Telangana is blessed with many attractive tourist places which contribute to the growth of the state economy. The Telangana state was also a peace loving secured state in the country which also helps the investors to earn more profits .

CM Revanth Reddy highlighted the best infrastructure in Hyderabad and the government’s efforts to promote the city as a world class destination for future investments. The Hyderabad city was already competing with other developed countries, the CM said that the government organised Miss World event during the India – Pakistan war and drew the world’s attention.

TOURISM INVESTMENTS – PPP AND PRIVATE SECTOR
At the World Tourism Day Conclave held at Shilparamam, Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy Garu, in the presence of Hon’ble Tourism Minister Sri Jupally Krishna Rao Garu, exchanged MoUs with leading national and international investors.
A total of 30 projects have been proposed for approval with a combined investment of ₹15,279 Crores, expected to generate direct employment for 19,520 people and overall employment (direct & indirect) for more than 50,000 people.

Break-up of Investments:
• 14 PPP Projects: ₹7,081 Crores investment; 9,120 direct jobs.
• 16 Private Sector Projects: ₹8,198 Crores investment; 10,400 direct jobs.

Key Highlights of Investments:
• Luxury Wellness Retreat at Ananthagiri in collaboration with Joysom Pte (Singapore) & ZEN Resorts (Bali, Indonesia) – first-of-its-kind in India.
• Vineyard Resort with Winery Walkthrough – unique experience from grape harvesting to bottling with hands-on grape-stomping activity.

• Ramoji Group Expansion at Ramoji Film City with an additional ₹2,000 Crores investment.
• Entry of world-class luxury hotel brands like InterContinental, St. Regis, and Oberoi into Hyderabad for the first time.
• Taj Safari Experience at Vikarabad – first-of-its-kind.
• Waterfront Resort in collaboration with Mahindra Holidays.

• Three International Convention Centres with Hyatt, Hilton & Citadel.
• Major Theme Park investments by Ramoji Group, Experium Group, and MAST Group.

• Ginger Hotels expansion in Tier-2 cities and temple towns across Telangana.
• Development of Iconic Wedding Destinations.
