Ramdev Rao Hospital Announces ₹80–100 Crore Expansion Plan

Hyderabad, June 15: The famous Ramdevrao hospital which is well known for its quality treatment at affordable cost , marked another landmark by inaugurating CATHA LAB services in the hospital. Smt Anuradha who is the daughter of Late Dr Anji Reddy founder of Dr Reddy’s inaugurated the department on the Monday morning. Tha Trust President Vikram Dev Rao, Medical Director Col Dr Kamalakar , CEO Dr N Yobu and Consultants and staff were present in the opening program.

Ramdev Rao Hospital has taken a major leap forward in cardiac healthcare with the inauguration of its state-of-the-art Cath Lab facility. Supported by the Dr. Reddy’s Foundation, the new facility will enable the hospital to provide immediate and advanced cardiac care on-site, eliminating the need to stabilize and transfer critical cardiac patients to other centers.
Speaking on the occasion, the hospital Chairman Vikram Dev Rao highlighted the immense trust placed by the community in their services, noting that patient numbers at the emergency room and outpatient departments have increased tremendously in the recent years.

“Until recently, the absence of a Cath Lab meant that patients with cardiac emergencies had to be stabilized and referred elsewhere. Today, this is no longer the case. This advanced facility will save precious time and significantly improve patient outcomes,” the spokesperson said, expressing profound gratitude to the Dr. Reddy’s Foundation for their partnership.
Looking Ahead: The management announced that Plans are underway for a new block spanning approximately 1.5 lakh square feet, adjacent to the existing facility.
The estimated cost of this project is between ₹80 and ₹100 crore.
