The first alumni meet of Kshatriya College of Engineering (KCEA), Armoor, Nizamabad district, Telangana, was held on February 8, 2025, at Kshatriya College of Engineering (KCEA). It is pertinent to mention that Kshatriya College of Engineering (KCEA) was established in 2001 at Armoor, Nizamabad, in the district of Telangana. The College was accredited by NAAC in November 2024 and also got ISO 9001:2008 certificate. KCEA is under the aegis of Pandit Deendayal Upadyay Educational Society. The college is 30 kilometres away from the Nizamabad district. KCEA (spread over 40 acres) is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University Hyderabad (JNTUH). It offers graduate programs in engineering and postgraduate programs in Engineering, Business Administration, and Polytechnic. The students and alumni were from different castes, creeds, and religious backgrounds.

First Alumni Meet: The first meeting of the alumni of Kshatriya Engineering College was held on February 8, 2025. At the event, the chief guest was Dr. Shankar Chatterjee, former Professor of the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR), and other guests were Garigipati Srinivasu, Dr. Rama Savitri Daberu, and Soumitri Lakshmanacharya. Aljapur Srinivas, Chairman of Kshatriya Engineering College, said, “Alumni are like college spine. The college’s future, specialties, and reputation depend on their performance. Many students were proud to have studied at Kshatriya College and settled in various fields. They made a good reputation.”
The Chief Guest, Dr. Shankar Chatterjee, with different data cited from IIMs, IITs, and foreign universities, informed how alumni contributed to the development of their respective institutes. He suggested alumni of Kshatriya Engineering College should work for the institute’s development in whatever way they can. He presented a video showing how alumni developed a backward village in West Bengal. In the same spirit, alumni can create their local area. In the alumni meet Dr R.K. Pande, Principal of the College; Aljapur Gangadhar, Treasurer of the College; Aljapur Devendar, Secretary and Correspondent; and Coordinator of the alumni meet Kiran Kumar, assistant professor of the college spoke. Around 200 alumni who are all well-settled in different fields attended the event. They passed out from 2016 to 2023. The students and alumni were from different castes, creeds, and religious backgrounds, which is praiseworthy.
At the event, a female student, Apoorva, who was doing her MBA, presented a marvelous dance depicting Indian culture. All the invited guests were felicitated with a designed shawl and a memento. Scrumptious food was arranged for all after the completion of the event. The program was meticulously organized, so my salute to the organizers.
