Hyderabad, July 06: On the occasion of World Zoonoses day celebration 525 Anti rabies vaccinations were given free of cost today at the Narayanaguda Super specialty veterinary hospital. Dr Venkateshwarlu, District Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Officer- inaugurated the free vaccination program.
Dr Uday Shankar, Chief Manager, Animal health, Indian Immunological Limited- has provided the necessary vaccines and narrated the activities of IIL in controlling the livestock diseases. Dr Madhusudan Deputy Director Animal Husbandry- narrated the importance of diseases communicable to humans from animals. Dr Praveen Kumar Superintendent SSVH, Narayanguda- has narrated the role of SSVH Narayanguda in controlling the zoonotic diseases.
